Becoming a Carolina Challenge judge is a great way for community leaders to develop their relationship with the Carolina community. As a judge you will get the opportunity to share knowledge and insight with highly attentive and motivated students.
What we look for in a Judge:
• Passion about entrepreneurship and helping students get their ideas accomplished.
• Ability to grasp and analyze details within a broad and unified perspective.
• Open-mindedness, commitment and the ability to work with others in a team setting.
• Effective listener with strong verbal communication skills.
